二、高低壓開關柜綜合試驗臺技術指標
1.三(san)相交流(liu)電(dian)源380V:輸(shu)出(chu)三(san)相交流(liu)相電(dian)壓220V、線電(dian)壓380V,zui大(da)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流(liu)20A。
2.交直(zhi)流控制電(dian)源(yuan):
①輸(shu)(shu)出三(san)相(xiang)交流電壓0-690V可調,zui大輸(shu)(shu)出電流8A。
②輸出直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓0-250V可調(diao),zui大輸出電(dian)流(liu)(liu)10A。
③輸出三相交流(liu)控制電壓(ya)(ya),即額定電壓(ya)(ya)和過電壓(ya)(ya)(UA=UB=UC=220V-275V可(ke)調、UAB=UBC=UCA =380V-480V可(ke)調),zui大輸出電流(liu)8A。
3、 三相(xiang)交流(liu)電(dian)流(liu):輸出三相(xiang)交流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)0-10A可調,開口電(dian)壓(ya)6V。三相(xiang)電(dian)流(liu)通過(guo)轉換開關(guan)任意選擇(ze)電(dian)流(liu)與電(dian)壓(ya)相(xiang)角分別為+30º、0º、-30º,即“超前”(容性(xing)負(fu)載(zai))、“同相(xiang)”(阻性(xing)負(fu)載(zai))、“滯(zhi)后”(感性(xing)負(fu)載(zai))。
以檢驗單(dan)相交流電壓表(biao)為(wei)例:
1、接通(tong)輸入電(dian)源AC380V
2、連接交流操作電壓輸(shu)出電源線至電壓表
3、檢查(cha)并確認接(jie)線是否,接(jie)通總電(dian)源開關
4、將調壓器(qi)回零(ling),并按“合閘”扭,
5、再按面板上交流操作電壓的“合閘”扭(niu)
6、緩慢調節(jie)輸出調節(jie)旋扭,使電壓升到要(yao)求(qiu)值,觀察(cha)電壓表(biao)的情況。
7、試驗(yan)完畢后(hou),先按面板(ban)上交流(liu)操作電壓的“分閘(zha)”扭,再按面板(ban)上總(zong)“分閘(zha)”扭。然后(hou),斷開(kai)總(zong)電源開(kai)關
