回路通電(dian)指示(shi)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)顯示(shi)出(chu)各部(bu)分(fen)(fen)的控制(zhi)情況,從試驗(yan)回路圖上可(ke)以看出(chu)通電(dian)過程以保證(zheng)使用本臺位的安(an)全。
四﹑試驗臺使用說明
1.試驗臺總(zong)電(dian)源為380V 交流電(dian)源,按(an)(an)“總(zong)電(dian)源”的(de)“啟動”與“停(ting)止(zhi)”按(an)(an)鈕(niu)(niu)開啟與關閉該試驗臺,停(ting)止(zhi)按(an)(an)鈕(niu)(niu)有(you)自(zi)鎖功能(neng)。
2.根據試(shi)品(pin)要(yao)求調節電壓電流控制旋鈕,例如選擇“電壓為660V,電流<500A,自(zi)動方式”。
3.在確認選(xuan)擇輸出(chu)方式正確后,才可以啟動電壓電流控制按鈕,同時(shi)面板上(shang)(shang)實驗回路(lu)原理圖上(shang)(shang)會相應的顯(xian)示出(chu)供(gong)電情況。
4.如果電壓(ya)指示不能滿足(zu)試品要求,可以調節“電壓(ya)調整(zheng)”旋(xuan)鈕調節以滿足(zu)試品要求。
5.在(zai)選擇“手動”方式(shi)下,可以通過(guo)調(diao)節“電流(liu)調(diao)整”鈕來調(diao)節試品所(suo)需要的電流(liu)。電流(liu)的大小調(diao)節根據旋轉(zhuan)“升(sheng)流(liu)”和“降流(liu)”兩方向確(que)定,如(ru)面板所(suo)示。

7.在(zai)(zai)測(ce)量(liang)試品保護器(qi)(qi)漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻動作(zuo)試驗時(shi),先根據試驗方(fang)法連接好電(dian)(dian)路,然后將“電(dian)(dian)阻”旋鈕(niu)(niu)打在(zai)(zai)“輸(shu)出(chu)”位置,調節漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)阻的三個電(dian)(dian)阻選(xuan)擇旋鈕(niu)(niu),當調節到(dao)某(mou)位置時(shi),保護器(qi)(qi)動作(zuo),這時(shi)旋轉(zhuan)“電(dian)(dian)阻”旋鈕(niu)(niu)到(dao)“測(ce)量(liang)”位置,在(zai)(zai)“電(dian)(dian)阻/時(shi)間”顯示(shi)器(qi)(qi)上就可(ke)以讀出(chu)保護器(qi)(qi)的漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)(dian)動作(zuo)阻值了。
8.連接(jie)煤電(dian)鉆(zhan)(zhan)綜保的127V反(fan)饋電(dian)壓后,就可以啟動臺位中的電(dian)鉆(zhan)(zhan),用(yong)于(yu)煤電(dian)鉆(zhan)(zhan)綜保的保護測試(shi)。
9.在試(shi)驗(yan)臺位中設(she)定了(le)1K電阻動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)測試(shi)﹑綜保(bao)短(duan)路(lu)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)測試(shi),只(zhi)需將綜保(bao)的(de)127V反饋電壓接入(ru)試(shi)驗(yan)臺,分別按下(xia)“1K電阻動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)”“電鉆短(duan)路(lu)”“照明短(duan)路(lu)”開關,即(ji)可實(shi)現綜保(bao)的(de)短(duan)路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)實(shi)驗(yan),在計時(shi)器中會鎖存保(bao)護(hu)器動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)。
10.在(zai)試(shi)驗臺(tai)位中設置了固(gu)定(ding)的(de)0.22uf﹑0.47uf﹑1.0uf電(dian)容(rong)(rong),根據試(shi)驗方(fang)法連(lian)接好試(shi)驗回(hui)路,就可(ke)以測(ce)試(shi)在(zai)三種補償電(dian)容(rong)(rong)下(xia)試(shi)品的(de)補償率(lv)。三組補償電(dian)容(rong)(rong)可(ke)組合出(chu)0.69 uf電(dian)容(rong)(rong)值。在(zai)“補償電(dian)流”電(dian)流表(biao)中顯示出(chu)無補償和(he)有補償時(shi)的(de)電(dian)流。
11.在面板上可(ke)以記錄綜保變(bian)壓器的原邊三相電流和副邊的三相輸出電壓是否平衡,以衡量變(bian)壓器的質量。
試驗線(xian)路的連接端子如附圖(二)示。

五﹑注意事項:
1.當試品(pin)回路電(dian)阻過大(da)時(shi),不能輸(shu)出(chu)所設定的(de)電(dian)流值時(shi),觸摸屏顯(xian)示的(de)是zui大(da)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)流值。這(zhe)時(shi)可(ke)以通過調整(zheng)(zheng)保護器(qi)的(de)整(zheng)(zheng)定值來進(jin)行試驗。
2.綜保短(duan)路保護(hu)動作時(shi)間(jian)測試(shi)時(shi),應先(xian)試(shi)驗一下試(shi)品的短(duan)路保護(hu)是否正常,正常后在接入測試(shi)回路,進行保護(hu)時(shi)間(jian)測試(shi)。
3.測試無補償和有補償下的漏(lou)電(dian)電(dian)流時,應盡量縮(suo)短測試時間,以避免燒壞內(nei)置的1k歐姆(mu)電(dian)阻(zu)。無補償的電(dian)流測試一次后(hou),這組數據可作為以后(hou)的參考值。
六﹑日常維護與常見故障排除
1. 定期保持試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)臺位的整潔,每(mei)次試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)時都應該按(an)照操作規(gui)程(cheng)進行(xing),試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)前仔細檢查試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)回路正確后方可進行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)。
2. 當開關內阻較大時,會影響電流的正常(chang)輸出,zui后只(zhi)能顯(xian)示出不足的電流值,此現象為正常(chang)。

基本功能
一﹑饋電開關、電磁起動器過載﹑短路保護性能試驗
步驟1.選擇電流(liu)控(kong)制方(fang)式“手動(dong)/自動(dong)”。
步驟2.將起動器或饋電開關的(de)(de)主(zhu)回(hui)路和(he)控制回(hui)路分開,引出主(zhu)變壓器輸(shu)入端(duan)的(de)(de)兩根導線接至試驗臺端(duan)子板(ban)的(de)(de)φ1﹑φ2﹑φ3任意兩相(xiang)。
步(bu)驟3.根據(ju)試品(pin)的(de)實驗(yan)(yan)電流(liu)(liu)等(deng)級選擇(ze)相應(ying)的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)電纜(lan),將試品(pin)的(de)三相主回路串聯,將電流(liu)(liu)輸入的(de)端口接至試驗(yan)(yan)臺端子(zi)板的(de)電流(liu)(liu)輸出端φ6,φ7。
步驟4.調整試(shi)品(pin)保護器(qi)的整定倍數,以滿足試(shi)驗要求。

二﹑饋電開關﹑起動器漏電動作/閉鎖/解鎖試驗
步驟1. 將(jiang)起動器或饋電開關的(de)主回(hui)路(lu)和控制回(hui)路(lu)分(fen)開,引(yin)出主變(bian)壓器輸入端的(de)兩(liang)(liang)根導線(xian)接至試驗臺(tai)端子(zi)板的(de)φ1﹑φ2﹑φ3任意(yi)兩(liang)(liang)相。根據試品的(de)主回(hui)路(lu)電壓等(deng)級要求選擇相應的(de)電壓輸出,保證試品的(de)正常吸合。
2.用兩根測試(shi)線聯(lian)接至(zhi)接線端子的(de)φ12,φ13;另兩頭一根至(zhi)試(shi)品外殼(ke),一根至(zhi)試(shi)品的(de)漏電相。
3.將(jiang)電(dian)阻(zu)測試(shi)旋鈕(niu)旋至“輸出”,調(diao)節(jie)“電(dian)阻(zu)調(diao)節(jie)”三旋鈕(niu),使開(kai)關(guan)閉鎖/解鎖或開(kai)關(guan)動(dong)作。
4.將電阻(zu)(zu)測試(shi)旋(xuan)鈕打至“測量”,記錄“電阻(zu)(zu)/計時”儀表中的(de)電阻(zu)(zu)值。
注意事項:“電阻調節”三旋鈕不要同時都處于零值狀態試驗。

三.1kΩ電阻動作試驗
步驟1. 將(jiang)饋(kui)電開關的(de)(de)(de)主回(hui)路(lu)和(he)控制回(hui)路(lu)分開,引出主變壓器輸入端的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)根導(dao)線(xian)接至試(shi)驗臺端子板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)φ1﹑φ2﹑φ3任意(yi)兩(liang)相(xiang)。根據試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)主回(hui)路(lu)電壓等級要求選擇(ze)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)電壓輸出,保證試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)正常(chang)吸合。
步驟2.將接線端子的φ9、φ10用測試線接至試品的輔助常(chang)開節點上。
步驟3.將“1K電(dian)阻動(dong)作相位(wei)選擇”用測(ce)試線φ11接至試品的(de)三相中需測(ce)試的(de)一端(duan)上(shang),試品外殼用測(ce)試線于(yu)臺位(wei)的(de)“G至試品外殼”端(duan)子相連(lian)。
步驟(zou)4.啟動 “1140V/660V”電壓(ya)輸(shu)出,吸合(he)試品開關(guan)。
步驟5.按下(xia)“1K電(dian)阻(zu)動(dong)作”按鈕,計(ji)時(shi)(shi)開始,當試品開關動(dong)作時(shi)(shi),計(ji)時(shi)(shi)器停止計(ji)時(shi)(shi)。記(ji)錄“電(dian)阻(zu)/時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)”儀表(biao)上(shang)的時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)(XXXX毫秒),此時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)即為1k歐漏電(dian)電(dian)阻(zu)的動(dong)作時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)。
試驗接線圖如(ru)圖(3)示:
以(yi)上(shang)是對于(yu)(yu)饋(kui)電開關的(de)1K電阻漏(lou)電動作試(shi)驗,而對于(yu)(yu)照明綜保,煤電鉆綜保的(de)漏(lou)電試(shi)驗略有不同。
四.照明、煤電鉆綜保的1K電阻漏電動作、短路動作時間測試試驗
步驟1. 將(jiang)綜(zong)保(bao)(bao)開關的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)回路與(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)臺(tai)端(duan)子板的(de)(de)(de)φ1﹑φ2﹑φ3三(san)相相連。綜(zong)保(bao)(bao)的(de)(de)(de)負荷端(duan)與(yu)試(shi)驗(yan)臺(tai)的(de)(de)(de)φ14﹑φ15﹑φ16相連。根據試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)回路電壓(ya)等(deng)級要求選擇相應的(de)(de)(de)電壓(ya)輸出,保(bao)(bao)證試(shi)品的(de)(de)(de)正常吸合。
步驟2.將接線端(duan)子的φ9、φ10用測試線接至試品的輔助常(chang)開節點上(shang)。
步驟3.將“1K電阻動作(zuo)相位選擇”用測試(shi)(shi)(shi)線φ11接至試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)的三相中需測試(shi)(shi)(shi)的一端(duan)上,試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)外殼(ke)用測試(shi)(shi)(shi)線于臺(tai)位的“G至試(shi)(shi)(shi)品(pin)外殼(ke)”端(duan)子相連。
步驟4.閉合(he)綜(zong)保(bao)隔離開(kai)關(guan),啟動(dong)相應的(de)電壓輸出,啟動(dong)“電鉆”按鈕,電鉆開(kai)始運行。
步驟5.按下“1K電(dian)阻動作(zuo)”按鈕,計時開(kai)始,當綜(zong)保開(kai)關(guan)動作(zuo)時,計時器停止計時。記錄“電(dian)阻/時間(jian)”儀(yi)表上的(de)時間(jian)(XXXX毫秒(miao)),此時間(jian)即為(wei)綜(zong)保1k歐(ou)漏(lou)電(dian)電(dian)阻的(de)動作(zuo)時間(jian)。
漏電試驗完成后,將綜保開關復位(斷電復位),接著可以進行短路保護動作時間測試。(注:短路保護試驗前,按下試品綜保開關的短路試驗按鈕,看看試品保護時候正常,正常后在進行短路保護時間測試)
試(shi)驗步驟同上試(shi)驗的前五(wu)步。
步(bu)驟6. 對于煤電鉆(zhan)綜保(bao)(bao)按(an)下(xia)“電鉆(zhan)短路(lu)”按(an)鈕(照明(ming)綜保(bao)(bao)按(an)下(xia)“照明(ming)短路(lu)”按(an)鈕),計時(shi)(shi)開(kai)始,當綜保(bao)(bao)開(kai)關動作時(shi)(shi),計時(shi)(shi)器停止計時(shi)(shi)。記錄“電阻/時(shi)(shi)間”儀表上的時(shi)(shi)間(XXXX毫(hao)秒),此時(shi)(shi)間即(ji)為綜保(bao)(bao)短路(lu)保(bao)(bao)護的保(bao)(bao)護時(shi)(shi)間。
試驗接線(xian)圖如圖(4)示:
在(zai)以上兩試驗中,我們同時可以觀(guan)察綜保(bao)(bao)變壓器的原邊三相電(dian)流,副(fu)邊三相電(dian)壓,通過三相電(dian)流、電(dian)壓的不平度來判斷綜保(bao)(bao)的變壓器性能是否滿足使用(yong)要求。
五.電容補償試驗
步驟(zou)1.用測試線將“電容(rong)補(bu)償相位選擇”和三相電壓(ya)輸(shu)出端(duan)中(zhong)的一端(duan)相連。
步驟2.根據試(shi)品開(kai)關(guan)的(de)電(dian)壓等(deng)級調整輸出電(dian)壓(方(fang)法同(tong)上(shang)),按下“660/1140”按鈕,電(dian)壓輸出。
步驟3.根據試驗所需的補償電容大小,相應按下“0.22uf”,“0.47uf”,“1.0uf”,先斷開試品補償電路,使網路在無補償(chang)下,電(dian)容補償(chang)儀(yi)表中顯示值為無補償(chang)狀(zhuang)態下的漏電(dian)電(dian)流I1。
步驟4.開啟試品開關的補償電路,重復步驟3的操作,此時在(zai)“電容(rong)補(bu)償(chang)”儀(yi)表中顯示(shi)值為有補(bu)償(chang)狀態下的漏電電流(liu)I2。
步驟5.根(gen)據公式:補償(chang)率=(I1-I2)/I1*100% 計(ji)算補償(chang)率>60%可判斷(duan)試品合格。
